The Outlaw is a private, gated golf course community, with amenities that feature underground utilities, including natural gas, electricity, telephone and cable/dish service for your new home. The residential property is comprised of approximately 470 acres in one of the state's most picturesque settings with a temperate year-round climate.

The property is very diverse with rock outcroppings, small canyons, hillsides covered with wildflowers and two small lakes. Lincoln Hills sits on an elevated point more than 7,000 feet above sea level, presenting residents and golfers alike with striking views of the dramatic snowcapped Sierra Blanca and Capitan Mountains. The property has a stunning view of the Spencer Theater for Performing Arts and a 180-degree view of the valley floor below.
