Many home sites at Glade Springs have a fairway view or a scenic view of the Glade Creek Gorge that winds its way through the 4,100 acre property. Our newest neighborhood, Glade Springs Village, features lovely home sites with such attractions as the 18-hole Stonehaven Golf Course and the 69-acre Chatham Lake. If you're in the market for a larger home site, The Farms with its 2+ acre lots offers the utmost privacy and protection, and the peaceful wooded cul-de-sac of Hawthorne Lane which is conveniently located midway between The Spa & Racquet Club, The Clubhouse and the Cobb Course is yet another alternative.

The Resort at Glade Springs is a 4,100 acre gated resort and community nestled among West Virginia's breathtaking Allegheny Mountains, surrounded by breathtaking scenery and miles of trails for walking, hiking, and horseback riding.

Besides living in beautiful private neighborhoods, our residents share use of the Resort's world class amenities and facilities.

The Resort boasts of not one, but two championship golf courses. The Cobb Course, designed by George Cobb, is consistently ranked one of the best courses in West Virginia and recently received a comprehensive upgrade lengthening the course to over 7,000 yards and adding championship tees to all 18 holes.

The Resort's newest 18-hole course, Stonehaven, has some of the most spectacular holes in West Virginia along with a great variety of par 3's and par 5's anywhere on the East Coast.

The Resort at Glade Springs now offers a new and complete Leisure Center, featuring a 10-lane bowling center, indoor swimming pool, mini-movie theatre, video arcade, indoor basketball court, indoor tennis court, full-service spa with an extensive menu of therapeutic and beauty services, sauna, steam room, and hot tub.

Description

Membership offers golf on the challenging Cobb Course which is historically ranked as one of the top five courses in West Virginia by Golf Digest. Designed by George W. Cobb in the 1970’s, this 18-hole championship golf course features rolling fairways framed by mature forest leading up to some of the largest greens and bunkers you’ll probably play. The newly renovated course now features a length of over 7,000 yards while maintaining the integrity of the original design. Tee times are also available for the Stonehaven Course at regular resort prices.

Glade Springs Golf and Country Club offers memberships to Glade Springs Property Owners as well as members of the Beckley/Raleigh County Community and throughout the region
