The course, designed by Tom Clark & Kevin Atkinson of Ault, Clark and Associates, Ltd. of Kensington, Maryland features a traditional Scottish links flair with wide fairways, few obstructions, limited water interaction and sports such signature features as stacked bunkers, elevated fairway mounds creating blind shots and challenging lies and even a shared green as found on many of the courses in golf's birthplace of Scotland.
