Description

Established in 1901, Eau Claire Golf & Country Club enjoys a long-standing reputation of possessing one of the finest and most challenging golf courses in the upper Midwest. The 18-hole, par 71 Championship course is spread out over 250 acres of mature, wooded terrain, including sweeping hillsides and towering white pines. In November 2003 a new clubhouse facility and surrounding grounds was opened, complete with new state-of-the-art golf practice areas, swimming facility with jacuzzi and children's pool, and three lighted tennis courts, demonstrating a renewed commitment by the members of the Club to preserve and strengthen its status. The Clubhouse has a unique and beautiful design that accommodates member dining as well as party rooms for meetings or special events. With the spectacular views overlooking the Chippewa Valley, ECGCC continues to be one of the premier private clubs in western Wisconsin. The Eau Claire Golf & Country Club is the only private club in the community that can offer its members all of the amenities one would expect from a first-class club. Memberships are available in three basic categories: golf (which includes golf, tennis, pool, and dining privileges), pool-tennis (which includes pool, tennis and dining privileges), and social (dining privileges only).
