Description

Mayfield Sand Ridge is Cleveland's most unique private club. Formed in 2006 by the merger of the historic Mayfield Country Club (1911) with the modern gem Sand Ridge (1998), Mayfield Sand Ridge provides the best of all worlds. Members simultaneously enjoy the family friendly atmosphere of a full service country club and world-class golf at the region's premier golf venue.

As marvelous as the facilities are, it is the people who make the club special. The members are friendly, family oriented and welcoming. Membership is not restricted by sex, race, nationality or creed; only by personal character. Our staff and professionals provide an unparalleled quality of service, making each visit to the club a memorable experience.

Amenities

Centrally located at the south end of the clubhouse, the pool and its seating areas serve as the hub for any number of the club's warm-weather social activities. The poolside areas are ideal for relaxing, sunbathing, socializing and family activities. Mayfield has a long tennis tradition, having hosted the Davis Cup semifinals all the way back in 1921.

Our tennis complex offers both clay courts and the only grass courts between New York and Chicago. Indeed, the club is proud to host an annual professional grass court event each year.

The ancient game of curling, now an Olympic medal sport, has been extremely popular with our membership since the rink was added in 1962. In that time, there have been many hours spent and many friendships formed on the ice.

Our state-of-the-art fitness center is open year round and available whenever the club is open via keypad access. Sand Ridge is open for lunches and for dinner by prior reservation. It features a classic mixed grill menu, specializing in hearty food, soups and salads for golfers on the go. Pro shop and locker rooms.
