Description

Located four miles west of Ashland, Virginia, Hanover Country Club is just a short drive from anywhere in the Greater Richmond Metropolitan Area. Nestled among gently rolling hills and the South Anna River, this is one of the most beautiful and peaceful settings in the state.

Year 'round, our facilities and activities are focused on providing excellent recreational and social opportunities for children, young adults and families. Meandering through the foothills alongside the South Anna River and Stagg Creek, the new Hanover Country Club golf course will demand constant attention. It will require every shot the golfer can produce, and use every club in the bag.

So what's so surprising? Hanover has always had a challenging golf course.

Our new layout has four par-fives, giving us a 6700-yard par 72 championship golf course. Just as before, the fairways will be very tight and the greens will be small. So accuracy is a must. With up to five tee selections on every hole, golfers will be able to select the degree of difficulty that matches their game.

Amenities

Our facilities currently include four tennis courts, an Olympic-size swimming pool, a brand new totally renovated championship golf course (opening July, 2007) and a 10,000 sq.ft. clubhouse with casual grill, smokefree family dining and three additional dining/meeting rooms.
