Description

Lake Mohawk Golf Club is a private golf course located in Sparta, NJ, at the base of a mountain overlooking Lake Mohawk. Established in 1928, LMGC is a tree-lined golf course offering spectacular scenery, fast greens, lush fairways, practice facilities and a full service clubhouse.
The course is built around the second largest body of inland water in New Jersey. Lake Mohawk Golf Club offers year-round breath taking views. Located in beautiful Sparta, New Jersey the private club is at the base of a mountain overlooking Lake Mohawk.

Amenities

To stay in touch with our traditions, the new club house was built around the original one room clubhouse built in 1934. This room, with its huge warm stone fireplace and sturdy beamed ceiling, cut from trees that once grew right here at Lake Mohawk, remains a favorite place for members. The Clubhouse provides a strong dining and social experience and the meticulously maintained golf course continues to evolve, improve, entertain and challenge lovers of the game.
